06/11/18 - First foal out of No Name Needed is a winner!!!
The first foal out of No Name Needed, Awesome Arion, broke his maiden at Arlington Park in a MSW going a one mile by 2 1/4 lengths. Wayne Catalano is the trainer.
05/15/18 - No Name Needed (McCann bought mare in 2017)
Awesome Arion, the first foal out of her ran a strong second in a MSW at Arlington Park on 5/12. This was an excellent effort first out and was just got caught in the final strides to get beat by a half length.
10/25/17 - Rare Form is Bayou Tortuga’s two-year-old colt by The Factor that is in the Churchill Downs Racing Club under the care of trainer Dale Romans. Best of luck!!!
09/28/17 - Polar River is in the USA and training with Brendan Walsh. Bayou Tortuga two-year-old Rare Form (The Factor 450k yearling) is in training with Dale Romans. Both horses are at Churchill Downs.
09/26/17 - Keeneland Sept. – McCann Bloodstock would like to say thank you and wish you the best of luck to Wayne Sanders/Larry Hirsch for purchasing the 1/2 brother to Polar River by Twirling Candy out of Bayou Tortuga ($150,000) and Tom Durant who purchased China Grove’s 1/2 sister by Twirling Candy ($230,000) out of Gatorette.
05/17/17 - McCann Bloodstock acquires Bayou Tortuga’s 3/4 sister to Polar River. Has been bred to Palace Malice.
05/04/17 - Gatorette had a filly by Mr. Speaker on 5/3. Her half sister is running in the Eight Belles stake tomorrow at Churchill Downs.
05/02/17 - McCann bred two-year-old Super Saver/Touch Me Once colt brings $160,000 at the OBS April Sale.
04/03/17 - 1/2 Sister to Polar River
Bayou Tortuga produced a filly by Super Saver on April 2, 2017.
